User Agreement

At RenoBookExchange.com We want you to have an outstanding experience. We have established this site as a service to the local community. We created our guidelines to protect both the Buyer and Seller. Please read them carefully so you are aware of the expectation we have set to make our site a reliable place to Buy, Sell, or Trade Books.
Buyer Guidelines:
By using our site you agree to the following terms: You agree to abide by the Terms of Service, including its related documents (see Terms of Service), and the User Agreement; You agree that upon setting up an exchange that you will meet with the seller in a reasonable time frame to be determined between you and the seller; You will meet with the buyer in a safe public space at a reasonable meeting time you both agree to; and Upon your satisfactory inspection of the book you agree to pay the seller the full amount the book was listed for. Remember all sales are final and it is your responsibility to make sure the book is in appropriate condition. If you feel there is an issue with the textbook that warrants an adjustment to the book sale price that must be determined between you and the seller. If you and the seller are unable to come to an agreement then we suggest you do not purchase the book.
Please note that the release of any Seller and Buyer Name and Contact information is provided only to arrange the exchange of the book, and may not be used for any other purpose whether malicious or benign.
Seller Agreement
By listing your book for sale on our site you agree to the following terms: You agree to abide by the Terms of Service, its related documents (see Terms of Service), listing Guidelines and the User Agreement; You agree that all the information you have given to us had not been misrepresented in any way and is true to the best of your knowledge; You will contact the buyer within 3 business days from the date they contact you to purchase the book; You will meet with the buyer in a safe public space at a reasonable meeting time you both agree to; You will charge the buyer no more than the listed price of the book; When your book is sold, you will remove the listing from our site within 10 business days, just log into your user account to do this. If we hear nothing further from you the listing will expire in eight (8) months. We reserve the right to pull book listings if we confirm that the book has been sold and you have not pulled the listing, and for violation of any of our Terms of Service.
